Deja vu with Netradiant - Halogene - 04-17-2010

Dunno if this has been discovered/discussed before, but wth is happening here?

www.netradiant.com

To me this web site seems very new, parts of it are still under construction.

I am having kind of a deja vu at the moment...

RE: Deja vu with Netradiant - sev - 04-17-2010

Well, I guess they do what they say:
Quote:netRadiant is a Professional web development company.

It's not really a Deja vu, they do something completely different from (our) NetRadiant, and simply seem to have chosen the same name.

RE: Deja vu with Netradiant - Halogene - 04-17-2010

Yes, I noticed they do something different, however, it would also be grouped into the same goods and services category if registered as trade mark. So if they'd chose to register that mark, netradiant (our one) might run into troubles. Though our netradiant could claim priority of usage, I guess.

RE: Deja vu with Netradiant - Roanoke - 04-17-2010

This is disconcerting. Their site doesn't even appear to be completely finished.

RE: Deja vu with Netradiant - Sepelio - 04-17-2010

I cant even access the site....

RE: Deja vu with Netradiant - ArgeadGER - 04-17-2010

I cant access the site either, "cant connect to server"

RE: Deja vu with Netradiant - EvilSpaceHamster - 04-17-2010

It looks like that the site was created well after our good 'ole program, i dont think we have much to worry about legally. The only problem is that people looking for our netradiant will be mislead

RE: Deja vu with Netradiant - clanclanclan - 04-18-2010

They sound fairly "innocative" from the looks of things.

If they can't spell, I highly doubt they could press legal action :p

Also, fake testimonies.
Quote:NetRadiant Company is top and best for me. They are proficient with both coding and design. They are really porfessional. They follows the web standards.
