Team Xonotic will continuously place emphasis on building up our clan community. Clan activity is a very important element of the Xonotic Community, for competition and for helping newer players develop quickly.
If you have an interest in joining a clan, starting a clan, or getting your existing clan members involved in Xonotic, then you will find a lot of information within these forums and on the Wiki.
If you have an existing clan, go ahead and introduce yourself on the forum.
If you are interested in starting or joining a clan, the best idea is to start interacting with the community and get into some pickup matches or public server matches. Over time, other community members will become familiar with you and the opportunity will present itself to invite people into your clan or request to join a clan.
If you have any questions, there are always people around on the forum and in IRC to clarify anything.
