Hey!

After a while I come back with a new track I made inspired by old works by The Prodigy (hence the name of the track).

After laying down the initial arrangment, I launched XonotiX and tweaked the track whereever I heard it is getting boring or too repetitive, I experimiented with it playing back from LMMS, as I was playing the game. It was the first time I made it so closely related to the gameplay itself, I hope you'll like this one!

It's looped for Xonotic, should play well in the BG (and loops seamlessly if played from within Xonotic).

I think I'm getting the feel of how to make the music flow properly to be a game background. Every new tune is a lesson for me. It's such a fascinating journey!

It started with the bassline. I got it while taking a bath. I hummed it, then I recorded it and then made it inside LMMS, a simple beat, several hour of working on it and the piece is somewhat big.

Tell me what you think of this, and if this suits Xonotic's soudtrack.

This is a little bit tricky tune. It got me hooked for two days now. Can't stop listening to it so I feel like it's just perfect. I made it at once and these tunes are one of my best. They have a consistent and strong emotion to them and a good flow...

You´ve done a great job, that´s sure. Nevertheless all of your tunes (this one including) use too common sounds and "instruments". Therefore it doesn´t sound very professional. SC0RP´s soundtracks are very unique which makes them sound professional. Unfa, you are very talented and I´d really like to see you make even better songs than the last ones. Yes, you can!

Maddin, that was one thing I never heard before
Maybe I should take more time tweaking my sounds, adding little tastes?
Because I sculpt everything from sine - I use 100% sounds I discovered on my own, I'd expect that to give me some uniqueness...

Gotta work on it.
