			<description><![CDATA[I always though of respawning as a person off site with a machine that could patch a player back together......<br />

If we are ever going to have a decent SP campaign we will probably need to explain it. <br />

  ps --- most other games can avoid the whole respawn thing because you only have a small number of lives and die rarely. However, in xonotic one can die as many times as they like and often more than once in a minute. That kind of respawning NEEDS to be explained.]]></description>

It's important to have weapons that help more skilled players utilize their skill. high spread/arc will make aim less important in game-play and this may work to the against players in high-skill matches and tournaments. IMO there needs to be a balance between primary and secondary fire to allow guns to be used with excellent responsiveness to skill as well as allowing new players to earn a few frags against average players.<br />
<br />
IMO the arc secondary should allow for charging (possibly consuming ammo) to give the gun a short-term surplus of energy. This would allow the gun to have decreased "Flex" and be more accurate for just long enough for a skilled player to do enough damage to significantly weaken an opponent. this would be similar to the Nex recharge but change accuracy instead of damage.<br />

Fireball - its a little over powered, but its the only fire based thing in the game right now<br />
Rifle - very very different from xon/nex if you know how to use it (again read discussion)<br />
TAG - is actually very good at taking down vehicles (especially the flying ones) This gun has to stay (and get an awesome model)<br />
Mines - rafallus stated it perfectly <br />

If the devs are determine to get rid of it... it should at least be moved to some unlisted weapon list so bots can use it in single player (once sp gets more mature)<br />

			<description><![CDATA[I agree with OP, HLAC is awesome, I don't get why do they want to remove it, it adds some variability. Like rifle, some people won't touch it, its nothing but a copy of xon. For me HLAC is more fun to use than crylink. Its the only weapon spewing fast moving particles and also being a strong shotgun. Crylink is not a substitute, its secondary is useless.<br />
If you really hate that why don't you modify it to make more sense. Like OP mentioned, or adding time before it starts firing but it would fire more often. Like overkill machine gun.<br />
And if you really want to get rid of weapons then, remove fireball, rifle ,TAG and Minelayer, all of them are useless/redundant/balance breaking shit.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[mink , all the sounds are fine to me , but i think its the arrangement, try making up a little story in ya head to help.<br />

for example :<br />

the sun sets , all settles , then an increasing rumble , from the shadows appear the glowing eyes of the mink monster (heheh) , then OUT HE JUMPS! (fanfare) , awesome super %100 Minkovsky raises his surgeon hands and then he drops them! (cue dROP , PHAT BEATS)<br />
then he buys a sandwich and has a walk (figure it out <img src="http://forums.xonotic.org/images/smilies/tongue.gif" style="vertical-align: middle;" border="0" alt="Tongue" title="Tongue" />  )<br />
