It is his elo from before the cup - last game on this account is from a month ago. There's also a second [BOT]Maddin on XonStat with a significantly lower elo: http://stats.xonotic.org/player/602

this is indeed a bit strange. I didn't participate (duel elo about 460), even though I'd have been available. Smells fishy to me, can someone investigate this please or can you comment on this, Maddin?

It would be nice if Antibody could check the ip addresses logged for both these accounts on xonstat just to be sure that they are different.

Anyway, I watched the videos of the semi finals... a whole lot of fun. Although people complain about Electro in the second game vs imPure, he still could have won on Xoylent so don´t hate me!

I only don't like unoz for fake-nicking (if you open games played by him, you see the nicks he used in the respective game).

Some matches were really fun to watch. Some had a "WHY U NO TAKE THIS"-feeling.
But I'm sure that feeling occurs to everyone too, watching me playing.
Especially the Debugger vs. CuBe0wL match (with it's lowpoint result) was the most balanced game I've seen in a while.

Currently very much WIP and not approved by Antibody in any way, but in future we could have something like this:

It would help newcomers avoid being confused by rapid nick-changes, and also the community because it's an efficient way to see all the nicks a player has been using in the past. Making this nick-list public may also put some "social pressure" on people who try to troll others by abusing their nicks.

It's a database dump from a couple of days ago, so yes, it's what xonstat gathered. Although it's not the real [BOT]Maddin ofc, it's unozz.
Also, I discussed that new feature with Antibody and he seems not convinced to add this feature (i.e. not going to happen). However there could be other possibilities to be able to track those nickchanges and make other players aware of it.

Could you remind me again how to easily record a video from Xonotic? I think there was a feature which does that directly in-game, without the need for external software. I might upload my games against overkill (maybe with audio from Antibody/Mirio?) and k1kzz.

Thanks! I figured the cl_capturevideo command out myself, but the other options might come in handy. Problem is, I only get 2 fps while recording a video .. so I'll let it capture the video during the night I guess
