The blue squares are because the servers are not up to date.
Update your git clone frequently (with ./all update and ./all compile), and test the game locally (chmap g-23 in the xonotic console)

Ah, right, you don't have wget... I thought this was fixed already...
I'll ask merlijn to fix this, I'll tell you on IRC when this is done.
(also, it's g-23 not g-32)

There, samanen, run ./all update and ./all compile again and you should be able to do chmap g-23 in the xonotic console after that Smile

Of course I am! Smile I so fell in love with graphics etc :-P
But I've been so busy that I've not had time to test Xonotic with the updated files, but I think I have time today so I'll do it today Wink
