Netradiant issues - clanclanclan - 10-11-2010 I just compiled Netradiant, and whenever I start it, the upper right hand panes don't seem to render properly. It looks something like this: At startup, the map preview area is grey, but when I resize it it gets the text smeared across it (as in the image). I can move around the object and see it (although it flickers a bit), but when I stop moving it's just a garbled mess again :/ I'm on 64bit Ubuntu atm, and pulled from the repo 5min before posting this. I know I have all of the dependencies, and I've no idea what could be going wrong. Any help getting this working would be greatly appreciated Also, I get these errors whilst just messing around (mashing interesting looking buttons ): Netradiant Wrote:OpenGL window configuration: colour-buffer = 32bpp, depth-buffer = 24bpp RE: Netradiant issues - divVerent - 10-12-2010 Does it still fail in current NR? RE: Netradiant issues - clanclanclan - 10-13-2010 I'm still having the same issue now (current NR), but it seems as though the Gdk-CRITICAL **: gdk_window_get_window_type: assertion `GDK_IS_WINDOW (window)' failed warning was fixed in one of the latest commits RE: Netradiant issues - clanclanclan - 10-20-2010 Ah, the problem with the garbled text and preview window seems to be an issue with Gnome. I tried it with awesome and it works flawlessly |
