Hello, AWS Free Usage Tier started on the first of this month for new users.

A micro EC2 instance to host a server and S3 to host pk3 downloads.
In my testing this is quick and easy. Drawbacks include a relatively weak CPU (Central Processing Unit) for micro EC2, but should be enough for small servers.
