UBUNTU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what is in the post makes sense.... dynamic ticks are more for a desktop environment. i just didnt really think about it.. we should look into what some of the default linux kernels and such have in the build for servers..
