Direction of the Race Challenge! - Cortez666 - 06-07-2011
Number 5 is currently rolling.
My main goal was to get people to play race/cts a bit.
But i slowly run out of ideas, to keep the challenges interesting. Thats why i created this poll.

Have a small number of physics.cfg and cycle through them, one per month.

i only use the default physics and once so far the XPM physics

Even though I don't have time to play it really, the direction your going with is fine IMO. Once a month is good, means we aren't flying through maps so quickly and gives everyone enough time to participate.

I give You permission to do whatever You want with it. I made this map (still no checkpoints there) as a cts race map.
Also: Remember that "race" isn't only about timing. You can make some "tricky" maps and let the players make freeruns, tricking on the map (different types of trick difficulties). It might be more freestyle competition then just simply A->B races.
