could you maybe post an image with a bit better context, in addition to that one? imo what you have doesn't look too bad, but it would be helpfull to see what is around it.

Bad texture scaling or positioning? Shift+S.
Art style problem? Post somewhat bigger and general shot of the object.

Imho no way to fix that problem inside radiant ... patches with vertex "collapsed" are impossibile to texture like all the other brushes. The only way is to use a texture to mask ( to cover or to hide ) the problem.
My way to fix the problem is the follwing .... probably could be useful for you Big Grin

My way is the second ... the structure on the right Smile
Real easy to texture and real fast to use with no problem.
