New Xonotic Server - Odin - 04-09-2010
Greetings! I am proud to be hosting two servers (one for Xonotic and one for Nexuiz), hosted in the USA(Chicago, IL). It is a CTF server consisting of all of the maps hosted on http://maps.nexuizninjaz.com. 6 bots, and 16 max players. The server is called Mercenaries Guild USA CTF Server!
The address is xonotic.mercenariesguild.net:26000 for Xonotic, and port 26001 for Nexuiz.
This is my first time running a server on a real dedicated box so suggestions are welcome.

Cool! Recently, many of the Nexuiz servers' ping haven't really been very good and the game's always lagging (maybe it's just my location?). Anyway, glad to hear it!

i am living in Slovakia,maybe this is the reason why i have ping 160-220 + pack.loose,but good idea!

Can I ask what kind of internet access you have? I tried my own server but due to slow access wasn't ideal (3mbps service). I also hosted my own map download which compounded the problem not to mention all the delinquents who constantly tried to hack it.

I am renting a dedicated server located in Chicago, IL from the Mercenaries Guild who primarily offer services for Tremulous servers but they will pretty much let you run any game server. You can contact them here: http://mercenariesguild.net
