RE: [Font] Xolonium 2.0 beta - Halogene - 07-20-2012

Wow awesome work, sev! Looks really good!

RE: [Font] Xolonium 2.0 beta - rocknroll237 - 07-20-2012

I can't get it to load in game, it says it can't expand scr-centresize and that the client hasn't loaded.

RE: [Font] Xolonium 2.0 beta - machine! - 07-20-2012

Great job! I don't really know how fonts are produce, so this suggestion might be a bit overkill, but could the bold be a bit more fatter?

RE: [Font] Xolonium 2.0 beta - Justin - 07-20-2012

Beautiful font, sev! briliant art work, as always! Nevertheless I 'd rather see a new map of yours more then letters. You know- the one with such stunning visuals as Xoylent and such brilliant layout as stormkeep!
Anyway: Don't you mind me using your font for selfish purposes? Wink

I get that too, though the config scripts still work correctly, and the bold version gets loaded.
At small sized, both weights look very similar. Are you sure that big text, like the health indicator, doesn't change when executing the config scripts?

Though there are some automatic ways to extrapolate this, it still would need a lot of manual editing.
For now, the bold version will have to do, sorry.

Sure, though you might want to wait for the final version 2.0.

Wow, this font looks more and more awesome! Big Grin

But what exactly are the changes to the first version??

I included a more specific ChangeLog in the font package. If that is not detailed enough either, you could compare the fonts directly, or ask me a more specific question...

RE: [Font] Xolonium 2.0 - zykure - 08-16-2012

Aaah, I only checked the website but not the .zip file. The ChangeLog answers all my questions! Smile

RE: [Font] Xolonium 2.0 - rocknroll237 - 08-18-2012

Do you just have to put the new zip in the data directory for it to work? Shouldn't there be a .pk3 file?

Well, the new version is now part of the GIT master branch, so you'll get it automatically when pulling.
If you are not using GIT, it's probably better to wait for the next beta build.

Please keep in mind that this is just an update of Xolonium, not a new font.
