Read the rules.

Each round has to be played within 2 weeks, but matches can be also be played earlier if both teams agree. Same goes for playoff matches.

You can play a practice match versus another nation. I can't generate groups based on seeds without knowing who will play. You might also consider reading my first post, especially the big fat red underlined part (I blame Mr Bogno for not letting us use blinking text!):
