DL'd and believe I extracted the files, but cannot find the .exe to play.
Help please.

Use the xonotic-sdl.exe in the main directory or in case you're on 64bit windows then use xonotic-x64-sdl.exe

Download the game from the main site: http://www.xonotic.org/download/ (Click on "Download via HTTP")
Extract the folder and start the right exe.
Play and have fun!
