I have seen a couple of these videos and they portray the image of Russian drivers either treating the roads as a racetrack or a dojo.

I do not think that the alarm had been added- it sounds realist enough.

It's bad but not the worst place I've been. Libya is probably the worst I've been to but Lebanon comes close! The worst place I've driven myself is either Saudi (have an accident and you go to prison) or Sicily (have an accident and everyone carries on going because it's normal).
