Yeah, I used them for a long time in the Nexuiz era and just installed them in Xonotic. Not sure who made them, some developer though, maybe Diverent, not sure.

Some of these are still being used in nexball :p
misc/jumppad.ogg for the bouncing ball
weapons/weaponswitch for the ball spawning
porto/bounce for an attempt to steal the ball
weapons/crylink_fire when you manage to steal the ball
