Just join #exile.xonotic.cup (IRC, QuakeNet) at the given date if you want to participate. No registration somewhere needed!
If you don't have a partner just idle in that channel before the cup starts and you may find a mate. Furthermore it's a good idea to ask at #xonotic.pickup (IRC, QuakeNet) if you want to create a team or organize a practice session.

I have to postpone the cup to an unknown date, because I am not available due to personal reasons, nor another admin is available. Also I want to participate too and others can't play as well (but 99% my problem is the reason
).The poll will be still open.
