Welcome! I know some people use mumble, others use teamspeak. IF people are using that, they usually communicate it on IRC.
Playing minsta games helps to train your aim, however, the refire time of the minstanex is shorter I believe, so you can get confused why the heck the nex is not shooting already again in all-weapon-mode if you have played a lot of minsta.
