- Timelimit 10, no fraglimit
- Modus: Single Elimination (Best of 3)
- Mappicking: Pick-Pick at Bo3
- Mappool: Silent Siege, Fe26, Pluvial
- Date/time: Friday, 14th June 2013 18:00 CEST [UTC+2] (12:00 PM EDT; 2:00 AM AEST)
- Admins: asyyy, Mirio, Debugger
- Skill level: any
The best 4 players in this cup will qualify for the final tournament, means: Everyone of the Semi-Final.
You can still participate in the other QQCs if you don't manage to qualify here

Note: The voted date is not binding, it has to fit in my own schedule. Might happen that the date with 2nd most votes 'wins'.
Also I will try to use other days instead of the weekend in the QQCs #3/#4 if wanted/needed.

That whole 21-23 weekend is pretty bad for any scandinavian... that's midsummer weekend = everyone is drunk with friends :p
