To be honest, I would friendly suggest to replace the planned bo1 matches with bo3 and the planned bo3 matches with bo5. A regular duel game takes 10 minutes, but if in this minsta cup you keep the fraglimit at 30 (which is indeed the standard) the average game will take 5 minutes. I don't think it will cause any organisational trouble. I just suggest it because bo1 is pretty harsh in my opinion

Quick Cup.
Not enough time for that really, because there will be a lot of players. In Double Elimination you may lose 1 match anyway and get a similar skilled opponent later on.
And my love for Minsta does not go that far to do a big tournament.
