SDL 2.0 has been released, not killed by the Global Government! - lamefun - 08-13-2013

Great honour to the SDL developers!

What's the purpose of this thread?

RE: SDL 2.0 has been released, not killed by the Global Government! - lamefun - 08-13-2013

To praise SDL developers for resisting the Global Government's malicious influence!

And you think that by using this same, can't-quite-believe-it's-sarcastic-but-it-is tone that this helps get it across? SDL 2.0 is released. What you might think about conspiracies is your own problem.

It must be some sort of inside joke from the outside.

I moved this to offtopic. The release is relevant to development, but this thread isn't (unless someone wants to make it so).

So, the SDL authors have had or have some cooperation with NSA? I don't really get it...

For anyone wanting to see anything serious in this topic and moving Xonotic to SDL 2.0, here is the SDL 2.0 migration guide: http://wiki.libsdl.org/moin.fcg/MigrationGuide

This does of course not mean it is an easy job and before anyone jumps on the band wagon of wanting Xonotic ported, someone needs to do the work. ;-)

Android and iOS support! Big Grin I hope there's Haskell bindings soon.

It seems as though this isn't the first time.
