hey I've done three days and had the windows updates I have low FPS (previously 200 and now 90 FPS) what should I do so I resist 200 FPS have?

What do you mean? You had 200 FPS three days ago, then did a windows update and now have 90?
Are your graphics drivers up to date? Have you noticed anything else after the update?

I have just done the windows updates and then I noticed nothing but the next day me is that with the fps dropped (there were nine major and six optional updates)

Go into the update history in Windows and let us know what updates occurred. If one is graphics related, that's probably what's caused it.
It might not be update related, have you changed any other settings or installed anything? It might be worth reinstalling the drivers you have (and using driver sweeper too).
