I couldn't find any information about the exact amount of damage inflicted by each weapon, but try giving a look at this: http://xonotic.wikia.com/wiki/Weapons

You can simply type g_balance_(weapon name)_primary/secondary_damage in the console in xonotic and find out what the damage on each exact weapon and firemode is.
