How to save the maps that I download from the server? I mean maps that there are not in the original client.

They are downloaded to your local Xonotic data folder in "dlcache". On Windows this is somewhere in your PersonalFiles directory under Saved Games if I remember correctly. On Linux it´s located in /home/user/.xonotic/data/.
