The Xonotic logo is actually a bit of a tribute to the Quake origins of the game though. Can't speak for Overgrowth's.

The logo Samual posted is in fact the logo of the developer Wolfire.
The game itself has another logo

Oh, when I found the logo I did a reverse search and only found things from ~2011... but I admittedly didn't look hard, this was posted at 1:35am

Those texture packs were released by phillipk under the Creative Commons CC-BY license, so anybody can use those for their project.
