Would it be possible to make a small webpage (maybe on stats), that has a list of all servers? Something like this: http://stats.spikx.net/mwll.html
It would be very practical, maybe some pop-up windows if there's a preferred game going on.

It depends on your definition of what constitutes an "active" server. My take is that an active server is one that has serviced a game between two or more human players in the past week. Anyway, here is exactly that in XonStat: http://stats.xonotic.org/topservers
