I haven't been playing a lot of FPS games lately but I just found this a few days ago and I really enjoy it.
I'm a network administrator at a public library and was researching free/opensource games to put on our public PCs, when I found Xonotic. I installed it on eight PCs this morning and set up a server yesterday.
Thanks so much to the devs for all their hard work on this game!

I played Q4. Single player was fun but I thought the multiplayer was a complete let-down. It was Q3 with a facelift. Nothing special about it at all.

It's actually very fast paced once you know how to play it. Very much like vQ3 at core, but the crouch sliding feature and ramp jumps makes it like CPMA.
Too underrated imo. Could have had more effort put into it by ID tho.
