Sig names - Daphron - 05-25-2010
How do you put peoples names in your sig? I was freaked out when I say my name in multiple sigs. (and is it just for these forums or will it work other places also?)

Me too. It's unnerving, and even after you get used to it, there's no way to tell if someone's using the [ you ] tag or if they're actually talking about you specifically.
There needs to be rules about this thing, or at least some way to distinguish the tag from plain text.

People are trained to both look for and listen for their names since birth. Even your Web handles.
The tag is certainly a highly effective attention-grabber.
