FPS upper bounding - Rage_ATWM - 05-29-2010

Guys,

Is there any way to manually set a FPS upper bound?
I have some GPU overheating problem so...

Of course, FPS can be bounded by using vertical synchro option, which fixes the FPS to the screen refresh rate, but I woud like to be able to fix it at any rate.

You might also want to consider underclocking and/or better cooling.

Sure but i would prefer trying first a software downclock before tweaking my GPU.

Btw, by manullay setting cl_maxfps, it seems that some few graphical jerks occurs. Nothing too disturbing.
