XQC #65 (Duel) - TEST! - Mirio - 11-18-2014

This cup is for testing a balance based on reversion and the balance thread!
I won't tell the changes beforehand (apart from the following), so everyone can play unbiased.

Important changes:
  • Raise g_armor_blockpercentage from 0.6 to 0.7 -> Makes Armor a bit stronger
  • Change rot values (1 HP/AP per second) -> Makes both mega items more equal to each other (Mega Health becomes useful)
  • NEX (not telling what changed)

- 1v1 Duel (XPM)
- Servers: UC, ctm
- Timelimit 10, no fraglimit.
- Modus: Double Elimination
- Mappicking: Drop-Drop at Bo1 (Loser Bracket), Pick-Pick at Bo3 (Winner Bracket), Pick-Pick-Pick-Pick at Bo5 (Grand Final)
- Mappool: Aerowalk (r4), Blood Run (a3), Darkzone (QW), Downer, Final Rage, Fuse, Stormkeep
- Date/time: Saturday, 22nd November 2014 19:00 CET (1:00 PM EST; 5:00 AM AEDT) // https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/
- Admins: Mirio
- Skill level: any
