[SOLVED] GIT: insufficient permission on ./all update - Wii-Wii - 06-08-2010
Morning guys,
I get an error when I update my git repository:
Code: + git remote prune origin
+ cd /Users/BoisCo/xonotic/data/xonotic-data.pk3dir
+ git config remote.origin.url git://git.xonotic.org/xonotic/xonotic-data.pk3dir.git
+ git config remote.origin.fetch +refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/origin/*
+ git pull
remote: Counting objects: 119, done.
remote: Compressing objects: 100% (61/61), done.
error: insufficient permission for adding an object to repository database .git/objects
fatal: failed to write object
fatal: unpack-objects failed
Pulling failed. Press ENTER to continue, or Ctrl-C to abort.
It didn't do that some days ago...
Thx in advance. =)

My first guess would be hard drive space. If that is not it, can you do:
ls -la .git .git/objects
and post the output here?
RE: GIT: insufficient permission on ./all update - parasti - 06-08-2010
Don't use recursive chmod on a Git repo.
