On many Maps they are stupid black things like in this picture.
I think its something with the real time lightning but what?

Seems like your lightmaps are corupted. Lightmaps are textures that contain static light information. If you redownload maps (remove them from your folder and download from the server - just join the game and it will download it for you) it should be just fine.

Do you have pk3 files of "implosion" in either ~\xonotic\data or ~\xonotic\data\dlcache? Delete them and try again.
