Hi there, sometimes i've played on several servers and some of them has custom weapons, his can i do that?

Many of the non-standard weapons can be enabled in
Multiplayer -> Create -> Mutators -> New Toys (and Weapon)
Some weapons are only available if you check out different branches of the git code. I'm working on a wiki entry to explain things like this. It'll take a while to complete though.
