the idea is having just one irc channel for all duel servers, which makes easier to keep an eye on duels.
servers there:
psyx, ch4mp, wtwrp, pacman.

The [HUB] servers have been connected to #smb.1v1 for a long time, but this new channel seems mostly dedicated to the european side of dueling.
I'm a bit surprised there's no mention of HUB anywhere here or on the channel, for now it may be best to keep them separate though.

move your bot there if you want.
a little issue I'm worried about is the spam of these bots... I guess we should adjust rcon2irc for simpler outputs.

Don't think rcon2irc is used too much vs Melanobot2.
