I have tried it many times, but it will still come up the same. I have been trying to compile a mod into xonotic, but it says the source game has missing files.

I did found where the files are at, but they disappear instantly when they appear just before I try to copy and paste them while compiling xonotic. The game works after compiling it's just the mod doesn't install. Can someone please help me? Sad

This warning isn't related to any mod, and shouldn't break compile or anything. It can easily be fixed by installing zip:
sudo apt-get install zip
