It's some non-official site that the original creator apparently lost interest in upon discovering that adding quality content is actually quite some work.
Of course that is only a wild guess without any factual basis.

ok I tried writing something for fun, but which game is the map Warfare from?
whatever I just went with Quake someone can correct it if it's wrong.
