Cool work you guys do. Some maps have a "deja-vu" to me, not from nexuiz but from quake3. Don`t get me wrong i have nothing against that, just saying

Yeh, i knew about the horrible moire, it was a test, you passed it tz :p.
The grid texture was on it's way out a long time ago, but I'm still looking for a replacement.
I want some sort of carbon fibre weave effect, I'm getting there though.

Firstly, try uploading smaller JPGs
Your setup/structure looks nice, but you desperately need to add trim textures.
Nice Job so far!
One more thing, 4 megas is a lot for a map, unless it is really big (like go).

Wow, This map seems to be a way better then "Newtonian nightmare", C.Brutail! Cool one! U know where do I usually find out new ideas for maps? On Polish and History lessons in the high school (I'm always so bored that I'm starting drawing in my noteb0ok small projects)
Fourtunatly teachers don't check my notebooks...

@Justin: wow, your first map? Like nowego4 said, add some trims and maybe variate the height of the walls.
@C.Brutail: looks clean and interesting, with diferent texture set.
I did some normal maps for a map I did some time ago. Looks better in Darkplaces

Great work, the unnamed map..I will check that one out tonight, because it looks really good, maybe it can be made bigger (indoors bit), could perhaps become a good DM/TDM map

Toying around with the charging feature on the Nex now that the charge is more noticeable visually. Hopefully this will solve my ammo consumption problem.
