hitsound? - Brot - 01-20-2017 Where is the hitsound audio file and can I replace it with custom ones? RE: hitsound? - martin-t - 01-22-2017 It's in xonotic/data/xonotic-data.pk3dir/sound/misc/hit.wav in the git repo checkout. The releases have pk3 files, which are just renamed zip files. You can either unzip them, modify and zip again or keep them as unzipped folders with the pk3dir "extension". There should be no issues with changing the sounds considering a lot of people seem to do it. RE: hitsound? - BuddyFriendGuy - 01-22-2017 You can also place your file under ~/.xonotic/data/sound/misc/hit.wav Xonotic will read your file instead. RE: hitsound? - Brot - 01-23-2017 Thank you |
