Can't get compatible refresh rate - Lo - 01-25-2018
I'm unable to get my refresh rate to 120hz @ 640x480. Before you say it might not be a compatible configuration, let me say that I've been using this cfg on this crt monitor for almost 15 years. I'm using windows 7 and it seems the game will not allow refresh rates higher than what my desktop is set to. So, I normally have my desktop set to 1024x768@85hz. I can't get above 85hz when my desktop is in this mode. If I want the game to be in 800x600@100hz I have to set my desktop to that cfg beforehand. Now, when I put my desktop to 640x480@120hz, the game will only allow 640x480@100hz. I believe my desktop configuration should be inconsequential to in game display settings.
Does anyone know of a workaround?
