[DM/TDM] Bit Forest (2025.a) - oeai - 08-28-2024 Bit Forest Night (mmx3afs) and Twilight (mmx3afst) map, slightly different light settings in the night you can see more weapon tracers and blinks this one is daylight map (mmx3afsd) textures used from main-mappack, not sure on how to use those only , without packing quite easy map, very open, has almost all guns, there can be some more space for more people there is a lot of maps around and not so much people getting in it's not like absolutely the first map, but the one for Xonotic/q2 for the server they should go in mapchange with daylight / twilight / night each round mmx3afm4.pk3 (Size: 21 MB / Downloads: 0) - +music, upd 25.a +waypoints for bots finally , +minimap the waypoint problem was with enabling g_waypointeditor 1 before the map loading. and btw it is not inside of netRadiant, it is inside of Xonotic itself. and bots can't do the rocket jump at least something they do wrong there the problem with minimap - it doesn't read tga or jpg files, if it doesn't work - you need to set map size in .mapinfo the size can be obtained easy from .bsp file i guess why it's not? and there can be layers for map floors also - with you png/tga. for 8-16 players it needs more spawn places, that should be secondary for duel or 2v2 mmx3afx.pk3 (Size: 11.24 MB / Downloads: 0) - maps only (mmx3afs, mmx3afsd, mmx3afst1, mmx3afst2, mmx3afst3) compilation updated this one is more GPL alike, map can be used with other games prob afst3 Violet eXtreme the level should be smaller ( scale about 0.92 / 0.94 ) or players bigger, maybe blocksize or gridsize is different but in terms of jumps - it seems alright. roundrobin should be like afs / t1 / t3 (t2) / afsd \ afsd \ t2 \ t1 .h is august .i is september (update) https://mega.nz/file/hmQjFZbQ#okHukZOU3zOYVBpY45WB37XsgqUMgP4LlQd0Y_t6SWs -- afm4 https://mega.nz/file/5vZ2RDiC#qFK8h4EHfd_nV60DuI9_FaXGNe0SAubEyi46oTiCoRg -- afx 2025/01/21 - Now you can find a copy of that in Doom 4 SnapMap mode with code 6VVY77G9 RE: [DM/TDM] Bit Forest - oeai - 08-28-2024 this is the Night (mmx3afs) and this is the Twilight , not sure which one is better mmx3afst1 mmx3afst2 (Twilight V) mmx3afst3 (Twilight VX) actually it's really cool when the violet mist goes higher and few platforms becomes slightly hidden but it's hard to play - you gotta watch the steps all the time afst3 to try , it is mide hide people down from those on top but it also makes it hard to be down like in the mist, this can ruin gameplay or make it fun it takes a day for final build for my potatoy pc 3 twilight zones actually can be done with one, but with 3 triggers/buttons , not sure if this can work in realtime or on map change only map change works well and fast after you load any the long run i made from about 20+ years ago, first edit was in paper |
