Automated Xonotic Git build system

In shell.bat, do this:

cd /xonotic
git config remote.origin.url git://git.xonotic.org/xonotic/xonotic.git

And run build.bat again.

I doubt the dll problem will be solved, please copy the error message here when you see it again.

640K ought to be enough for anybody.
