That's a great example of how existing multiplayer maps could be used for singleplayer. Cuinnton and Fruitiex are working on a "Space Elevator" map (http://dev.xonotic.org/issues/10) which could be used for such a mission. The story for that map pretty much writes itself Big Grin

Perhaps, if anyone is willing to code it, singleplayer could have co-op functionality as well, which would create a new gamemode which could be played offline or online.
