I think these are completely normal temperatures, especially on notebook, when the system has a high workload. On my system (Thinkpad L420) I reach well over 60° CPU temp. when playing, although I don't have a dedicated GPU here. The CPU sensor reports itself as "high 80°C, critical 85 °C", that means the system will shut down once it reaches 85°. GPUs tend to have even higher shutdown/critical temperature values.

That aside, higher temperatures generally mean reduced hardware lifetime, so reduce them if you can. One possibility is to use fan-control software, and set up your own ruleset so that the fans run at higher speed than normal when a certain temperature is reached. I only know Linux programs, though (thinkfan is what I'm using).

60c on the cpu is fine, the gpu temp may be a little iffy though - but notebook gpus tend to get warm while gaming. One thing you could try, if you have not already is limiting your framerate with either vsync or cl_maxfps.

this plus cleaning the dust out of my notebook worked like magic for me.
I can even play Skyrim without risking my life to exploding computer parts now.
You can also take your Battery out while charging, mine gets pretty warm.

i already use it @cvcxc a different model, Notepal by Cooler Master, it works fine.

However yesterday i fully disassembled the notebook and cleared with compressed air, now the temperature is 10 C° less than before! (both in normal conditions and stress conditions)

Not much of a surprise for a laptop to get so hot. A lot of them are poorly put together and just dismantling and using a better thermal paste can make a big difference to temps and also mean less fan revving up!
