Hey There These Is The Code And Files To SDL to Work On Xonotic GIT
Download the following packages:
curl http://www.libsdl.org/release/SDL-1.2.11.dmg > SDL-1.2.11.dmg
curl http://www.libsdl.org/projects/SDL_image...-1.2.5.dmg > SDL_image-1.2.5.dmg
curl http://www.libsdl.org/release/SDL-devel-...extras.dmg > SDL-devel-1.2.11-extras.dmg

double click SDL-1.2.11.dmg and SDL_image-1.2.5.dmg to mount them,

cp -r /Volumes/SDL/SDL.framework /Library/Frameworks/.
cp -r /Volumes/SDL_image/SDL_image.framework /Library/Frameworks/SDL.framework/.

double click SDL-1.2.11.dmg to mount it,

SDL-devel-1.2.11-extras.dmg
