anyone can help about MOUSELAG ,and second how many fps i should have with i5 2x 3.4 , gtx 950m 2gb ddr3 and 4gb ram whiith low effects

Can you be more specific about what you experience with your mouse? Is it delayed movement or clicks or both, does it also occur in a local game?

movement is delayed just when i will move mouse to one point e.g 300-y mouse is on 300 0.5 sec after i stoped moving

Did you try both GLX and SDL versions of Xonotic? Maybe it's a GLX or SDL related issue with your mouse...
