join the weaker team

Hi all,

What's the setting to let players freely join any team?

Right now, if the smaller blue team is winning, the new player can only join the blue team because it has fewer people.

Is there a setting for that?

g_balance_teams_prevent_imbalance 0

I checked out the code and saw that the closer to the game end, the more weight the scores are given in order to determine the "weaker" team. I assume that's because a lot of people jump ship when they are losing? What a sad reality!
