#1
We're looking for multiplayer LAN games we can play completely internet free (remote location, unstable mobile internet connection).   Can we play this LAN multiplayer, completely internet free?   Thank you

Yes, you can. Just start the server locally from the menu, and just type "connect 192.168.1.100" (change to your server IP address) in the client console.

Console's not really neccessary, you could just punch the server IP into the Address bar and press connect:

Oh and to get the locally hosted server IP you should (on the server):
On Windows: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/wind...431160a1b9
On Mac: https://kb.wisc.edu/helpdesk/page.php?id=6526
On Linux you fire up a terminal and type in "ip addr show".

Yes, you can play LAN multiplayer games completely internet-free. Start the server locally from the menu, and for the client, either type "connect 192.168.1.100" in the console or directly enter the server IP address in the address bar and press connect. To find the locally hosted server IP, follow the relevant instructions based on your operating system:

Windows: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/wind...431160a1b9
Mac: https://kb.wisc.edu/helpdesk/page.php?id=6526
Linux: In the terminal, type "ip addr show".
