Time for the next challenge!
The good thing is everyone is able to participate, no matter where you are, because you can do it locally.

The Map is Techassault from SavageX and Cortez666.

You will most likely have this map, becuase its a default map. If you dont have the map, go and download it here:

You can go there, if you want screenshots.

Goal: Destroy the reactor as fast as possible. The timing starts, when you start to play and ends with the destruction of the reactor.
The twist is that there are 2 categories.Alone and in a team of 2 players.
The team times will be rewarded with the double amount of points (it starts with 2 for the last place.).


Rules:
- 0.1 physics only
- the fastest player has to make a demo or video to show off how he done it (so everyone gets a clue how to play that map)

0.1 physics? Is there a setting in the autobuild/git version to enable 0.1 physics? What about the weapon balance? Is that included in the 0.1 physics?

btw is there an automatice timer that shows how fast I was?

And then you just look at the time when you win (better when the main object is almost down). Or watch the demo again.

Edit: new temporary best time: 1:41 (if I don't count the 3 secs before I joined red team).

Another edit: 1:37 (again if you don't count the 3 secs before I joined red team).

ANOTHER edit: Oh, while watching the demo I noticed it seems the timer for the defending team adds 10 secs to the time the attacking team made? Then I am at about 1:27.

No it isn't. Knowing me, I'd be definitely able to stand in your way, even if I wouldn't intend to do so.

Nicely done, Halogene! Can u send me a demo from our run? I want to upload it or whatever. Also remind me: What exactly time did we have together? I appreciate Your help, man.
In addition: You said that You'd slow me down if we'd run together. But all in all it seems that I ve been doing much worse then U in that run.
I also want to say Im very happy and its a great pleasure to run with You and if there is any more opportunities like this one I will readily run them with You.

Hey of course you can have the demo. I am having troubles with omploader atm though, but I'll find a way to send you the demo.

I don't know what was the time we did together, but we certainly can do better than what we did. Of course we can run together again.

Also don't forget to send in your demo for last month's run! :o)

I think if I count right I ran 1:07 on techassault (alone) just a few minutes ago.

Edit: I watched the demos and the best time we did was apparently 0:49.

Another update: I just managed to do a run in 1:06. I think I am at my limit here, everything went rather well and I wouldn't know what to improve.

And another update: Sless and me just did a run together and we, too, did 49 secs.
