Simple thing, yet very helpful. Something like this - it will help player from various countries to find themselves:

well the xonotic playerbase is rather small. if you stick around for sometime you will know where the people are from.

if you are looking for players from poland. there are several like kuniu, justin, wytry, unfa and so on

It will change with time. It would be good to prepare for that Smile
I personally would hate having a little american flag next to my name ... I just hate the way it looks ... too clashy .. to patriotic .... bluh ... I also don't want to be thrown into a bunch of stereotypes when the next president messes up foreign relations ... again ...

keep that little flag off of my profile

Word. It should be up to the user to decide to show their pride in a piece of coloured fabric, and that's what avatars and signatures are for, typically.
"God save our gracious queen"
and not bad see in game little flag country player! like on some rocket minsta nexuiz servers Smile
Would be nice if it's an option. It's just an extra piece of information that you can offer, I don't think that most people relate it with pride, same with age or gender.
certainly!
As an option ingame and on the forum - I'd like it.

It would be nice so people woudn't need to put [PL], [US], [RU] and so on in their nicks - they could do it some other way.

I'd choose it.

Btw: Nice to see more polish people out here on Xonotic forum.
